Amazing customer service and speed of light delivery! I called after having placed an online order as I was unsure whether it was an upper or lower door hinge that I needed? The man who answers the phone (why didn't I take his name down?) asked me a few questions and quickly assessed that I most likely needed a door limiter and not a hinge. Not only did he switch out my order without any fuss, the limiter arrived literally overnight, and he had nailed my problem, saved me tons of aggravation, and a month of time (the hinges for my 850 R were only available from Sweden, and would've taken some time to arrive...).
