To help you all out.... The Baggers dont ask whether or not you need paper or plastic because they are being enviromentaly concious. Baggers are trained to place 8 or more items in a bag without cushing items or mixing chemicals. They spend millions and millions of dollars on helping make us a more green aware community. Paper cost too many trees to so we offer plastic as a main source. 2, prices may be higher than elsewhere because VONS offers services that other stores can't. It wouldnt be able to operate a full service floral, bakery, deli, or meat department if not for the prices. Neither would they be able to provide a convient Starbucks or Panda Express. Vons doesn't keep customers on prices alone. Through superior customer service do they grab and hold customers. There is also a guarantee on all store bought items. If your not satisfied then bring back the item for a full refund or store credit. Same goes with produse and meat. Nothing is discluded from this guarentee. And they do still double coupons up to a dollar. so 50 cents doubles another 50 cents. 90 cents adds 10 cents. I highly recommend VONS as your main shopping source.
