This is by far the worst vons I've ever visited. It's one of those places where there is no mngmt presence. The manager Michael, tried to give me a fake name when asking for his name he stated his name was, "eddy." The employees run this store and the manager just makes excuses for their rude behavior. I would like to be contacted by corporate as the manager was not willing to provide me a corporate number and lied about his name. This is unacceptable and I will for sure let everyone I know that vons is not a good place to shop.

I just left Vons just now. I bought a couple of things that I needed for my burrito. I stopped by at their indoor Starbucks and while I was waiting for my coffee I heard yelling. I heard a man arguing with someone and as I turned around it was their security guard on his cell phone. I was surprised that they’re letting him be on the phone while working and he makes it so obvious too cause he doesn’t have an ear piece. Being a security guard you have to be alert and prepared for anything that could possibly happen. How is he going to theft prevention or anything from happening when he is not focused on his job. I already saw him when I walked in. I thought he was a customer cause he was already on his phone when I entered the store. I believe that this guy is in the wrong field and Vons is wasting their money to pay him. I don’t know if the supervisor or manager can talk to about his duties cause the manager/supervisor is in charge of self pay machine tonight I am sure he has seen him cause he’s been on his phone for a while. You guys should find someone new. Whatever happened to the older fellow.
