The store itself is fine. Most to all the staff are friendly and helpful. Stuff is 85% in stock at most times.
The reason for docking 1 1/2 stars to 2 stars. 1) Many customers (but not all) are rude and inconsiderate. Some will push by you with or without a cart and they won’t say anything. Others will block the whole aisle and if you say something they will ignore you or look at you with a disgusted look.
2) After 5pm or 6pm and sometimes before 9am the flower department has no one on duty. Myself a few times and other customers on multiple occasions wanted to buy some flowers (especially behind the counter) and there’s no one out there at those specific times. Even going into the store to see if someone would help and they don’t feel like coming out to help. Would be great to have an extra couple of employees in the flower department from opening to 9-10am and from 5-6pm until closing or have someone that is standing around inside come out and help for a minute. The staff that’s normally in the flower department during the day are nice and friendly which is great and give them an A+++.
