Always a terrible experience at this store. Limited selection of items and saying the older female checker is surly is an understatement. She doesn't understand Vons and Safeway are the same, yelled at me for adding items to our order, refused to honor the digital coupon prices and told us to shop at Grocery Outlet.

Definitely the worst and dirtiest Vons I've ever seen. Was completely ignored by the Asian duo in the Deli. (Poor worker bees, you have no reason to be pretentious) It's clear the owners operate on the "only game in town" ethos. Losers

I am a Vons member and shopper at home. Going on 70 years old. I worked 27 hard years for one company and 17 years at the last prior to retiring. There was no checkout open but Express 15 or less and self check which would be hard for me. I asked a nice male worker if I could get help and he said sure go to Andrea I believe he said was her name even though her light was not on and speaking to a manager. She immediately gave me a really dirty look. I explained that I was sent to her to help me. I didn't see a name badge either. Anyway. I do not deserve dirty looks from Vons employees. She finally changed her demeanor after I called her out loud for giving me dirty looks, I'm a very loyal customer that already put my time in working too. Never would I treat someone like this let alone a customer.
