Chris was my first acupuncture experience (plus massage), and WOW my body felt so much lighter, soft and agile after the session. I was definitely nervous but Chris's knowledge, clear communication and care helped a lot. He personalized my care and helped educate me more about the connection between my body and stress. Highly recommend!!

Excellent experience. Thorough, great manner. I left feeling pain free and both physically and emotionally lighter. It's now a week later and the treatment has held. Adding to this: second visit was great too. Went in for upper back spasm. One treatment cured it.
