I stopped in at the VRAI store in Melrose Place, LA last month and fell in love with a pair of simple stud earrings with a pear-shaped drop, as they are the perfect sparkly complement for any occasion from getting groceries to a dressy occasion. Elan Baxter was a delight to work with. He told us about VRAI's history and products, wasn't pushy, let us "play" with different jewelry types, remembered all three of our names and showed interest in our own tastes and styles. He was a delight and followed up with me after our visit.
One thing though, is that he didn't mention about the delay in shipping my earrings out to us. I was on vacation and preferred to have it mailed to me, vs taking it that day. The earrings were made new in another location and mailed to me and delivery was delayed for about 10 days, while I waited anxiously.
Other than that, it was a great experience and I'm happy with my new bling.
I have been shopping for an engagement ring for months now, and I’ve found that most places I was interested in either have an exceptional website or an incredible brick and mortar, but VRAI was the first to have both. Customization and complete transparency with pricing on their website was greatly appreciated.
