My mom bought a new washer from here for $700 a year ago and the seal broke and now the washer leaks. Victor came and inspected and said he was going to order the part but my mom didnt get a call or text for weeks. She called him and he still didnt order the part like he said. 1 week later which brings us to today and he still didnt order the part. I went into the store today for my mother and he said the part was out of stock at their supplier and that i was on my own. No communication, no customer service, buy at your own risk. I wouldnt go back here because even if the seal costs $180 plus $75 to install(which i didnt accept), there was absolutely nothing done to speed up getting my moms washer fixed.

I highly recommend VSG Appliances. I went into the store twice to look before buying a used refrigerator. Both times the guys were helpful without putting any sales pressure on. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery crew was AMAZING! Worked quickly and neatly. They came highly recommended to me and I will return when I need another appliance.

I bought a refrigerator from VSG Appliances and they were very friendly and helpful with the whole process. They’ve come to do a few minor warranty services on the refrigerator and were very quick and professional about it. Will definitely do business with them again.
