I called the Vulcan phone # on a Sunday night. I expected to receive a recorded message. I had planned to leave a VM message asking for a call back regarding a malfunctioning keypad for our garage door.
I was amazed when Mike, one of the owners, personally answered the phone. I told him the issue, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He said he would out by mid-day the following day.
The next day, he arrived promptly, trouble-shot the system, and confirmed that a new keypad was required. He did the replacement, and had the system quickly operational.
The price was very reasonable.
Mike is very professional and personable. I have his company on my "saved" list, to contact if I ever need any type of garage door service in the future.
