Never buy your parts here if you actually want to pick them up in a timely manner. Ordered an “available for pickup” part on Tuesday that I desperately need. After no updates I gave them a call the next day and they said it would be there Friday. Called again today to double check it was there before making the drive, and a guy answered and said nobody from parts showed up today and that it’s actually in Wisconsin with no ETA whatsoever, and no idea where Friday even came from. Only help they offered was the option to drive 2.5 hours to another one of their locations where it “should be” available (doubtful). I could’ve ordered this from 15 different parts sites and had it here cheaper and faster. FCP euro even has lifetime replacements on all parts, and I ignored that with the thought that I could have my car running sooner. Do not make the same mistake I did!
