Terrible customer service. They never answer their phone, I had to drive to the service center twice just to speak with someone about my car that was getting fixed. The advisor said she called me but then goes “oh I guess I dialed the wrong number. “ mind you they had my car for 3 weeks and I was suppose to have it back in less than two but was not being updated with what was going on. I called so many times and was never able to get through to this service department. For how much a new Volkswagen costs the service department should be way better than it is. I called a new shop today to service my car and will never return here.
