Max, the service technician was/is polite, knowledgeable, and very aware of the tasks required to satisfy his customer(s)i.e. me. He called and arrived earlier than the scheduled time which worked great. He found the problem, explained what the issues were and fixed it in a timely manner. To which, I am truly appreciative and he is definitely an asset to Vyve, as well as any other internet service company/business. He's a keeper!
