My husband and I lived at an apartment complex W property management took over in Sebastopol. Our overall experience with this management company was extremely positive from beginning to end. The new manager that took over; Danielle Nunez was even better than the manager before. She was responsive and honored our entire deposit when we vacated. I’ve never had a deposit returned so quickly! Maintenance always came quickly and they charged adorable rents.
If we hadn’t just bought our first home I would rent from them again.

Danielle is amazing! She is sweet, responsive and she genuinely cares. I went to see a house I liked and within the next day I was approved and she was in communication with me the entire time. The process was quick and stress-free. I have never had such a great experience! She is a valuable asset to the company!
