BUYER BEWARE, THEY PAD THEIR HOURS. I was charged over 2x the initial quote with no talk of numbers til I saw the final bill. I tried to resolve this over email and was told to kick rocks. The work they did passed inspection but it's not worth the headache of not being upfront about pricing.

The repair was completed within about 4 hours after my initial call - a very pleasant surprise since many contractors seem to delay small jobs. Electrician Nathan was efficient, helpful and pleasant.

I called to ask them to install a line for a hot tub. They said they could start the next week and took a $300.00 deposit to start. They came out the following week I drove 2.5 hours to meet them. One guy shows up and looks at the job and tells me he is too busy and he told me it would be an outrageous number because he didn’t want to do the job. He suggested I call someone else as he was “ too busy”. I called the office and asked for my $300.00 deposit back but they refused. I should have realized with all the negative reviews on them that this wasn’t the right company to hire. I will follow up with other agencies and take them to small claims court. Don’t hire this company super dissatisfied with how they handled this.

Update 3/3/21 They issued a token $40 refund. I am filing a small claims lawsuit and reporting them the Electrical review board.
