Lisa was so amazing! We recently completed a very long and frustrating construction project (due to contractor concerns, not bank concerns!) and Lisa was there every step of the way through it all. She was always responsive and went above and beyond to help us stay on track and sane through the process. We would not have survived and finished without Lisa's dedication to making sure we were taken care of. WaFed and Lisa in particular have our utmost respect and trust! Highly Recommend!

Today I did not have a good experience at this bank, I don’t want to go into detail because it’s obviously have to do with money. I went In and a young lady named “nicki” helped me and could not satisfy me with what I wanted done. She was very quiet and I did not feel understood and all I got was a nod as I tried explaining to her. She was typing on her computer for 10 minutes , I believe to her manager ( I never got her name ) . Her manager came out and basically told me I could not get done what I wanted and had a condescending tone of voice towards me . I’m just mostly disappointed on how they handled the situation not sure if the manager had a bad day. But yeah normally I always have a good experience which is why I’m shocked. Maybe they have new workers I don’t know. Well that’s all
