The service at Wagner is amazing.We have never shopped there before but we were so glad we did.We ordered a dishwasher on Tuesday,the price was competative with big box stores and it was delivered and installed by Friday which is amazing right now.Ray gave us excellent service and the installer was the best we have had.He delivered and installed the new dishwasher and took away our old one. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.We highly recommend Wagner and will certainly go there again next time we need an appliance.

Didn’t care much for the smugness and condescension from the customer service rep over the phone. It came across as arrogant, rude and uncaring. I was not thanked for my call or given any reason or motivation to want to return to this location for further assistance. Customer care is everything. There are too many competitors that offer a better service and comparative product, likely. I would avoid this business and not waste my time here again.

Bought an Amanda washing machine and it makes the most awful noise when during the wash cycle. Never would have purchased this product if we had known it would be this noisy. Also during the spin cycle it vibrates something terrible. Had an older GE mode and should have kept it. Would never buy another product from Wagner
