Always had great experience here with friendly staff and experienced doctors who have been extremely accommodating of me and my personal needs. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!!

COMPLETELY UN-PROFESSIONAL. I had an appointment scheduled on Sept 30th, complete with a referral from my physician, (otherwise the office staff led by Kristy wouldn't have let me schedule one without.) On Oct 31, ONE HOUR before my appointment, I received a call from Pierce, their receptionist, with a mis-understanding that I wanted to change my appointment. After telling him I was expecting to be there ON TIME, the call ended with no issue. Subsequently I received another call from Pierce, regarding confusion from the office staff about my referral. After being annoyed with this, I told him to call me back when he and his staff had their act together. I received ANOTHER call from Pierce, who made profuse apologies, then saying I should go to the clinic for the appointment AS SCHEDULED ( a MONTH AGO), and if there were any further issues, they could be cleared up AFTER I saw Dr. Wayne Pollard. After driving INTO Waitsburg, and coming into the clinic office, I found out the Waitsburg Clinic had NO INTENTION of allowing me to see Dr. Pollard, AND that due to their change in the referral process AFTER I MADE THE APPOINTMENT, both the clinic AND Dr. Wayne Pollard had REFUSED the appointment. There was NO APOLOGY for any misunderstanding on their part, or Dr. Wayne Pollard, and there was NO EFFORT to follow through with the PROMISED APPOINTMENT. There has been NO adequate explanation from the staff of the Waitsburg Clinic OR Dr. Wayne Pollard on WHY the appointment would be REFUSED ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, and not ANYTIME PRIOR, like from Sept 30th until Oct 31st. Their staff was COMPLETELY INDIFFERENT to the EFFORT it took to jump through the hoops they already established for me to get this appointment, after being referred to them by a couple of local healthcare professionals in the Walla Walla area. NEVER AGAIN, will I step foot into their offices for any reason.
