First time jet skiing with Wakepilot and I would definitely do it again! The weather on the day of our rental was super windy and wavy but the staff were really flexible with options to reschedule or cut the rental short if we weren’t comfortable out on the water. The seadoos were super fast and fun! All the young staff members were cheerful and helpful on the phone and in the rental hut, especially the young lady with an Aussie (?) accent. I especially appreciated the detailed directions to find the location and thorough booking emails. As a bonus, we enjoyed lunch at a pina colada at the Catina restaurant next door

Wakepilot was excellent! They answer the phone when I call, help with online booking, and deliver as promised. Kailey and Alex were super pro on the dock and got our group of 26 people checked and on the boats like clockwork. The pontoon boats were in great shape and we had zero mechanical issues. This was our first time renting boats in osoyoos and it was perfect. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful day on the Wakepilot winery tour. The staff were great! Friendly, knowledgeable and very safety conscious. The boat was beautiful, tubing afterwards was a lot of fun. Just a really great day on the lake. Thanks Wakepilot!
