Pharmacy needs more staff. Was put on hold for over an hour and 20 minutes. Was told to go back in an hour and still wasn’t ready. This pharmacy needs help

Worst Walgreens in the Bay Area, restrooms are closed due to not having enough staff,long line to pick up the prescription and parking lot is full of used masks and garbage and smells like a public toilet.

Went to pick up my prescription at this location, and unfortunately like many others, i do not have insurance. My prescription was much more than i was anticipating and was able to afford, and was going to leave without it. Jovie was able to find me a coupon, and make it so i could pay for my much needed script. She went the extra mile to take care of me, and i very much appreciate it. People like you are what gives me faith in humanity .Thanks again!
