Super super slow but only 2 people are in the line. The line never moves. Have to leave without my prescriptions. This happens pretty frequently.
The only available staff was doing something not customer related and keep people waiting for 1 hr.
You can say no customer service at all.
Would not get the COVID test from Walgreens. They either didn't send the specimen or the delivery service they use doesn't notify you. We did the test on Saturday morning, and by Sunday 5pm it still showed as "Specimen not arrived at the lab". We had to rush to the airport to do an expensive express test for our Monday 11am flight. Of course the test somehow was completed by 1am Monday, but without the shipping confirmation you can chose to risk your flight or pay ~$200 to be on the safe side.
