They always label my prescriptions as insurance delay, when they’re the only pharmacy my insurance is contracted with and I’ve always had this insurance. Each time I go to pick up I get told a different story as to why there’s an issue and sometimes there is no issues at all.

It amazes me how inept this pharmacy is. They could have 6 people working and it still takes them 20+ minutes to help each person. On my last visit they made everybody wait so one person could call his doc about an unfilled prescription. I cannot recommend this pharmacy, it's awful.

This blonde lady sent my family on a wild goose chase the whole day trying to find ear drops for my mom. She said that they didn’t have a certain medication when they did. We go to a million different pharmacies, then 5 hours later we went back. Lorelaine (or Lorelai, I forgot what) and Tim were super sweet! If it weren’t for them, this would be a one-star experience
