Waited on hold for 32m+46s, then rang for 2m+5s, then it hung up on me. Since I’d had the prescription called into this pharmacy, I called again, with the same result: waited on hold, waited while the phone rang and rang, then it hung up on me. This was my first prescription for this pharmacy. I’ll find another one.

Plan to spend 45 minutes to an hour waiting to pick up prescriptions. Always have 7-10 cars waiting. I have lived in other places and always use Walgreens. This location however has the longest wait times.

Customer service dismal. Outrageous hold times in pharmacy IF answer phone. Have called to speak with manager. He does not care. Don’t know how they stay in business.
