This place is really awful. You get notified your prescription is ready and arrive during posted hours only to find out that they are closed because they don’t have enough staff. A Fortune 500 company that provides a critical service, but they can’t have adequate staff to be open during their posted hours. They suggested I go to another Walgreens, which I did. Two days in a row, and both days I was told I couldn’t get it because they were too backed up. Too backed up to fill a bottle for me that day, despite having made me wait for two days because they were closed when they said they were open and despite my telling them I would suffer withdrawals if I didn’t get my refill. Instead of apologizing or expediting, I was told I should have ordered it earlier.

Horrible wait times just go to a different walgreens or if you are able to wait drop it off several hours early.

Had an 11:00 appointment for vaccines. I arrived 10 minutes early like suggested. I stood at the window for 15 minutes while the 7 employees chatted about their weekend plans. Then it took them 15 minutes to check me in even after I did the online check in. Then told to sit while they checked in 9 other people, and even though my appointment was first, 3 other people received their shots first... go anywhere else if you don't want to sit here for an hour.
