The pharmacy here is terrible! Whether you call in a refill or walk in to drop off a prescription, they will NEVER have your prescription ready when you get there OR at the promised time.Knowing that, this time I even waited an additional 45 minutes and STILL am sitting here waiting. This is my 3rd time here and I have wasted a total of 5 hours of my life waiting for the pharmacy. Everyone who walks up to the counter has an issue of some kind and the staff don't care one bit. Done.

Since the pandemic, they have had to change their hours due to short staffing. I totally understand this but it still sucks when most folks work Monday-Friday 9-6 too. This causes the pharmacy to be very busy on the weekends. I hope they’re able to higher more staff soon for everyone’s sake.

Spoke with pharmacist Jennifer and was treated like I was about to jump the counter and steal medication. I am covid positive and was asking where I can go to get the free RX the government issued authorization to Walgreens on 10/25/22 to give out. I was under the impression this was given by a doctor at Walgreens contracted and paid for by the government. I am simply trying to get better as fast as I can as I have been vaccinated and boosted twice. She told me she could not help nor give out any information about where I can go. Her tone and demeanor were appalling for the position she is in and I will be filing additional complaints against her and Walgreens for her gross misconduct in the workplace and possible potential HIPAA violations committed on-site. I work in the medical field daily and her negligence is a huge red flag
