There is a tall man in glasses at the pick-up counter and drive thru who is deliberately unhelpful, intolerant, and completely irresponsible. He ignored my questions, interrupted anytime I spoke, and made a racist comment after turning away from the counter. I work as a caregiver, I know what burnout can do to a person's sense of empathy, but it is still his and my responsibility as front-facing healthcare workers to address that instead of taking it out on their clients. This person is not cut out for this line of work. Edit: Went back the next day, and an older woman at pick up was able to fill my client's prescriptions no problem. The tall guy told me several times absolutely nothing could be done to refill this prescription and berated me just for being there. Truly, go anywhere else.
