Had a covid test appointment, showed up earlier than my time and there was a huge line, I was told not to go inside to the pharmacy but wait in the car line. By the time I got to the the window I was late and they said they couldn't help me even though I had been there on time for a scheduled appointment the roll ins without appointments were prioritized.
I find the fact that they required I schedule an appointment ridiculous considering my appointment time did not actually guarantee any service.
