As of 12/21/2021 they are extremely understaffed. The phone system is broken and you will hold online for 45-50 mins and be next in line before your disconnected. Called the store and spoke with non-pharmacy staff. Unfortunately, they are aware of the problem. Asked to be called back by pharmacy and never was. Drove by the pharmacy and the drive through is closed because of staffing issues. After trying for a week to contact them I found it easier to contact my physician and have the prescriptions moved to another pharmacy.

In a world of terrible pharmacies, these guys are the exception. Dealing with insurance and troublesome prescriptions can be stressful, and it's one of my least favorite things to deal with, but the staff at this pharmacy have been incredibly helpful, caring and have helped me save money on more than one occasion. And not just a little, a lot. I'm really grateful to have such a great crew I can go to. Many thanks to them.

Slow!!!! Called in an rx refill 4 hours in advance. Waited on hold for nearly 30 minutes that time. Was told it would be ready by 6. I arrive at 7:30 and was told it wasn't ready and to come back in 20 minutes. Keep in mind they close at 8 and they asked me to return to the window at 7:50. I sat in the parking lot and went back to the window in 20 minutes and sat there for another 30 minutes. Paper printout says it was ready at 5:20 pm? Unprofessional. Avoid all Walgreens at all cost. Your health literally depends on it.
