The incompetence is amazing. No one answers the phone. I want to pay for my prescription out of pocket who cares if the insurances company won’t pay? Why is it on hold? Why do I need to spend hours trying to convince you to sell me the prescription??

They don't answer their phone, they never have my full prescription, even when I order it a week early because I travel internationally often. Their website will say "processing" for days, or delayed because of insurance issues but when I call my insurance, they try and can't get through to give the green light. If they were effecient they'd be very convenient to use but I'll go down the street to Costco now. I'll miss the later hours and drive thru, but I can't be without my meds.

Is there a zero star review? That is what this deserve. 2.5 hours to speak to the pharmacist to know if the prescription is ready! Still waiting; no call pick up. 3 callers ahead; each caller has taken more than 45 minutes. Wonder if Walgreens operates on patients; even a medical operation would not take this long to deal with. I had no idea how bad this is. I have a drug that this pharmacy has; that is why transferred the prescription to this. A very sad situation; why don't some other pharmacy buy this chain and run it ? Why does Walgreens exist still? DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS!
