Wow. This location is one of the worst run franchises in any industry I’ve experienced in 38 years of life.
Please, do not trust this business to provide you with medication that your health and well-being depends on it.
I’m in IT and not law, but there has to be some relevant legislation in the healthcare industry requiring providers of medicine to have basic competency, and operating this facility must be illegal. If any lawyers are looking for a high ROI class action lawsuit, this place would be a great target, and shutting it down would benefit to society.
I switched pharmacy brands completely after one exposure to this operation.
Most unprofessional store ever. Slow. Rude. Understaffed and overworked? Expect over 40 minutes to answer a phone call and then get hung up on or disconnected. Test results take triple the(longest) time they say. Pharmacy staff hangs up on you: not, you were rude so they hung up. Just they are rude and hang up. "Hello, it's our lunch break, goodbye." After 20 minutes waiting on hold, and they didn't even let me say hello back, so it wasn't like I was being rude or impolite. They had one person working both the drive up window and counter inside and would deal with all the inside people before cars. There were 5 cars at the window waiting and she left to check people out who just walked up. She obviously was not prioritizing customers in the order they came in, just whoever was in the store came first. But she shouldn't have had the window and the counter both, or should have had help. So obviously understaffed. At least this time they didn't cancel the appointments without warning or notifying anyone, like last time. Go elsewhere though. They clearly are overworked and don't need or care about customers.
