I get my monthly medicine from this location. Each and every time I roll in the help is, at best, apathetic. No one seems to like their jobs, not a warm greeting or smile in the place. Just a few hours ago I went through drive through, no one was manning station, so I hit the call button. Lady who was complete - See You Next Tuesday - scolded me and told me not to hit the call button, because they have a ringer that tells them I’m in line. Well, sorry Cindy, but you ain’t there, so I’m gonna hit the call button. And guess what? Next time I’m there, I’m gonna hit it again.
So if you want to see what it’s like to be serviced by disenfranchised employees who seem to really regret the career choices that placed them at a Walgreens, this is your place. Maybe bring the kids down and show them how a defeated adult will look if they don’t have drive or do their homework.
And when there, be sure to hit the call button, they’ll thank you for it!
I appreciate the medication disposal box located inside near the pharmacy. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly always to me, even when I have brought in my dog-thank you Walgreens!
I have had nothing but great experiences with the medical staff at the Providence Express Care clinic. Robyn Nash, the physician's assistant, is fantastic. She is always so pleasant and kind, but most importantly she provides treatment options and allows the patient to choose what works best. She actually listens and takes the time to answer your questions in a non judgmental fashion. The medical assistant, Julia, is also fabulous. She is knowledgeable and listens very well.
I see a lot of people have had bad experiences with the pharmacy at this location, but I have only had positive experiences. They always have my prescriptions ready right away with little waiting time and I think the staff does a great job keeping the lines moving while still being caring and considerate.
So far, I have nothing but great things to say and hopefully that will continue to be the case!
