In the past only drive through pick up was very good. But I called today and the pharmacy clerk went out of her way, checking with other Walgreens for a this medication! She double checked the supplies again and found what we needed coming now from the warehouse. This product for diabetes was expected in the next afternoon. I have noticed better service in the last week or more!
I have used it Pharmacy since 2005. Have noticed its customer service and merchandises have have gone down dramatically since COVID breakout in 2020. Not only often it doesn’t have the medicines I need, its customer service and system notification is the worst compared with other online pharmacies and its peers. This company needs a turnaround or it won’t last for another decade.
