Horrible! The worst experience for taking a passport photo! they kept me waiting forever and very unprofessional way of dealing with customers and when I requested to file a complaint they took my number claiming that the manager will call me which did not happen. I am not going there ever again!

Went for a passport photo and was told to wait in the cashier line only to sit and wait for 10 more minutes for someone to be paged to take the photo. No customer support at all! Cashier seemed annoyed when I asked what was going on even!

Went there for passport size photograph. The person who took it was rude. I didn’t like the pic as my shoulders were tilted so requested if he could take another, his reply was “no I will not take another picture of you”, if I am paying for the service should I be treated like this.
