Came in to get a passport photo and was in before 7. After standing at the photo desk for a while then sitting on the counter. A newer employee came and asked if I had been helped. Told her no and why I was there. It’s now after 7 btw. She asked the one employee who knew how to do the passport photos and she snipped back it closed at 7, 6 minutes ago. I asked if she could possibly make an exception seeing as I had been waiting before 7 and needed it for the next day. She said no, it closed at 7. I asked if the computer or camera locks out after 7. She said no, they have other things they need to do after 7 and said I’m sorry in a sarcastic way. Yeah, sorry but clearly she was not. Clearly they need additional customer service training.

Walgreens is perfect for picking all our drugstore needs from makeup, snacks, prescriptions, and gifts.

This Walgreens didn't have time for this service(it takes less the 5 minutes) they had the opportunity for excellent customer service and declined. I went to the one south and received excellent service 5 mins later I had my passport photo in hand. It makes a difference where you go.
