Such a worst experience. The person in this photo store is least bothered about customers and their valuable time. I had a very bad experience visiting this store to take passport photo and came back disappointed. Pls consider other stores instead.

I called in night if I can visit as early as 8 AM for passport picture and the guy said yes. Next day i went around 9:30 AM and a old lady said i will have to come back in another 30 minutes. I mentioned i called you guys in advance and this is important but the lady said - "sometimes machines do not wanna work in the mornings"!
I understand machines may take time to warm up but may be 5 minutes or less than that. BTW machines are built to work anytime thats why they are called machines. Not only wasted my trip but wasted my time too when it was critical. Absolutely NOT accomodating.

They don't provide digital copy of visa/passport photo and they only provide "CD". Yes, it's 2019 and they only provide a physical disk for $3.99 plus tax. And the CD given by them actually doesn't have anything inside. Don't waste your time and money here for Visa application picture.
