On 09/08/2023, I called the pharmacy to inquire about the availability of a prescription. Ashley's response was abrupt and rude, as she hung up the phone during our conversation. When I called back and asked if she could check other nearby pharmacies for the medication, she refused to help. When I requested a future call-back time, she was dismissive and uncooperative.
Finally, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, Ashley hung up on me once more. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from a store manager, and it has left me frustrated.
