My experience with the FedEx was less than good. I walked in to pick up my online order. It took the representative about 15 minutes to fine me order. She asked for my tracking twice and than after looking up my order she asked the type of delivery that was use for the order (ground or express). She was about the find the order after discovering it was right behind the counter the whole time. It was quite a disappointing experience.

This walgreens is horrible. The pharmacy made me wait 20 minutes for something I had an appointment for.

This one of the worst stores Ive ever shopped at. Horrible customer service. They treat everyone like criminals. Management is no help not even the store manager. Frankie is the worst one. I dont believe he's a manager even though he says he is... probably a shift lead. He should not be in any type of leadership role. Heard him tell customers if I have to come up and deal with another issue he is going to walk out. Also, talking trash to another employee about the cashier Soupany in the front. He needs to find another profession. This store does not deliver any customer service. Shop at any other walgreens but here.

I usually go inside to the pharmacy counter, and the staff has always been attentive and courteous. I decided it might be quicker to do the drive up window last week, as my prescription was called in earlier. Terrible experience! I rang the little bell and no one acknowledged me after a couple of minutes, so I thought I would press the button harder in case it didn't work the first time. Still no one came. I waited a few minutes more, and the one lady I could see inside would not look my way, so I said in a loud voice HELLO? and she still did not look over. REALLY?! she finally picked up her phone and said she would be with me in a minute, which was another 5 minutes. What bothered me most was the failure of anyone acknowledging me so I would know they knew I was waiting there. Not good customer service. It would've been much quicker had I gone inside. The lady who was working needs to be schooled on customer service!
