The pharmacy needs work. Every time I call them they hang up on me after I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes. This last time I was on hold twice for 10 and 15 minutes and they hung up on me. I got through on the third attempt. It took them 4 days to process my prescription that is on auto refill and even then it was only processed because I called. There is always a line (today there were 9 of us) and only one cashier. Maybe staffing is the issue? Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed. I’d prefer to spend money in my own community but this is ridiculous. The only reason I didn’t give you a 1 is that the receptionist was nice and helpful.

This is truly the worst pharmacy ever. The chronic understaffing and completely unacceptable wait times, both in person and on the phone, are just another example of corporations leaving impoverished and underrepresented communities out to dry. I recently called to find out the status of a prescription i had run out of, only to be hung up on twice after waiting on hold over and hour both times. When i went to the store, in waited in line 30 minutes before the pharmacist told me they were 2,000 prescriptions behind. Then he offered to fill mine if I waited 20 minutes, even though I hadn't been notified it was ready. Multiple people in line in front of me had been told it would be 20-30 minutes even though they had been notified that their prescription was ready. I was one of 2 or 3 white men in a line of 15 or more people. I left and got my prescription filled elsewhere. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.
