Terrible customer service. Went in to purchase cough drops. I greeted the cashier and she responded but never made eye contact. She continued to sort through some papers and mentioned that I could set my item down, again no eye contact. I waited for about 2-3 minutes before she scanned my cough drops. After paying, it took her another 2-3 minutes to process my payment. As I waited, she continued to sort through her papers. She never made eye contact nor ask if I wanted my receipt.

So I called about my online/curbside order, the manager/lady (11-1-23, 9:50am) couldn't help me, she seemed frustrated with me + told me to call 1800Walgreens bcuz she couldn't help me, I wish I got her name bcuz this isn't right. She didn't say sorry or anything that was consoling. Well the lady from 1800Walgreens did help me, she was a blessing 🙌 🙏 🥰. P.s. last time a manager did get to look up my online/curbside pick up on the computer, I wonder why she couldn't).

The photo center here is the worst... they had no clue they could print photo sizes other than US passport size and when we insisted it should be on the setting, it was right there... how can one not see.... we were there yesterday and they said they only do US passport size, so we had to google and found out that walgreens could change the settings so we went back and told them to check there settings. And after they took our photos they did not even cut the photos in the required size. Worst place to take photos...
