The pharmacy failed to notify that the prescription sent in by the doctor was apparently something they don’t carry. After placing the order, at which point they could see what was ordered, they told me to wait twenty minutes for it to be filled. Then I was told to wait another twenty minutes. After nearly an hour they said they don’t carry this. I have asked to speak to a manager and a manager has not come. This incompetence and lack of customer service is ridiculous. Not only to I recommend you not use this Walgreens, I will personally not be using any Walgreens after this.

They don't answer the phone, I have gone in 5x and watched them not answer the phones inbetween customers. My next day online photo order is still not printed after a week of going into the store to check on it. When I offered feedback to the manager she told me they were fully staffed but because it's the holiday season I can't expect the phones to be answered. I've worked in a store before so either training folks in how to rotate between in store customers and the phone isn't being taught anymore or the idea to hire holiday staff is a thing of the past?
