If you’re getting flu shots and have children DO NOT GO while the “pharmacy manager” Tim is working. The rest of the staff was great but while trying to get my children their shots Tim couldn’t handle even one moment of crying. He left the first time saying he needed a moment. I understood. Then left us in the room for way too long. He then came back and tried to make us leave. Asking why we don’t we try the pediatrician. (they sent us to Walgreens!!) He tried to gather himself together to try one more time and while doing so he tried to guilt my children and I by saying “There are other people here waiting for their shots.” he said “I can’t handle this.” , “This is too much” , “sorry, I can’t do this.” We left with only myself having gotten the flu shot. And everyone in tears. I’ve never felt so humiliated in my 6 years of parenting so far. Children cry when getting shots. You hold them, get it done and give out lollipops. Not my first rodeo giving shots to all three of my kids. For a man who has been at Walgreens for so long I would think if he couldn’t handle children that he would have someone who could step in for him.
