My bad experience with Walgreens photo service all began in September when I dropped off film to be produced. When I dropped it off they told me it was take around 2 weeks and that they would call when the film came back and was ready to be picked up. I waited and waited for that phone call but it never came. So I decided to go to walgreen and see the progress of my order. They told me the film arrived a week before and that they lost it. I was so mad because the pictures were very sentimental to me and they told me that they would contact the film lab to see if they can retrieve the photos but they never did. They also didn’t give me a refund or give a disclaimer that if they lose the film they won’t do anything about it. All in all I just want to say how disappointed I am with the photo service. However it may have been my fault trusting Walgreens.

The most disrespectful, unprofessional cashier I have ever interacted with. 7/13/24 8:00 PM short, balled, white guy. Be prepared he will tell you his political opinion and wish death upon anyone that disagrees..
fire him Walgreens, he clearly hates his job give him what he wants.

I had a nightmare experience trying to return a wrist brace that didn’t fit. I had my receipt and it should have been a smooth process, but I was there for over 30 minutes. They were having computer issues and could only offer in store credit, despite them telling me the return should, in theory, be perfectly acceptable. I’m giving 5 Stars because the employee, Angela, was the only one desperate to offer other solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Management said they could set me up with a Walgreens reward card and give me Walgreens cash, and after this nightmare I never want to shop at Walgreens again, so Walgreens cash was pointless. In the end, Angela bought herself a Walgreens gift card and essentially used her own money to complete the return. Out of the 5 or so people who looked at my receipt and computer, Angela was the only one who seemed to care about doing right by the customer and trying to get me out quickly and satisfied. I won’t be returning, but I hope management sees the importance of doing what’s right, as Angela did. Thank you.
