Walgreens and I are done. The pharmacy seems disconnected. To my point:
I received a prescription for 2 drugs. The Walgreens pharmacy partially filled my order on Wed. Said to “come back Friday” for the fulfillment of the prescription (paid in full). Went back Fri and was poorly received by a pharmacy technician, “come back Monday.” I went in today, Monday, and was told to “come back at 4 PM.” Why? The other pharmacist stated that the med is not on order, I asked with no reply.
I moved my prescription to a different pharmacy and was supported immediately.
This is not my only negative experience with Walgreens. Please try to address your internal issues and provide better service for your customers. Jim Masciotra
I had an excellent flu shot experience at this location. 5-stars for service!
But I was locked out of my records because I dared calling their account verification service (for the second time) from a different phone number than I had 6-8 years ago, and without being able to name the doctor they have on file from my childhood (in another state, by the way). Not that you need to be established with a PCP to get a flu shot anyway. So stupid!
Account verification is important, but if a person is able to provide their full name, birthday, address, and a host of other information, they should have access to their vaccine records. I should not be locked out of my account because I have a different phone number and a different doctor.
I had gone in when I was experiencing a scam phone call. The front cashier was nice and tried to get a manager to help. I was very upset and trying to explain to the manager I wasn't really sure what to do with this scammer on the phone and she was not empathetic at all. I had asked if I should contact the police about it and she told me they probably wouldn't care. I did contact the police, they did care and encouraged me to report. She made me feel like a nuisance when I had only been in the store for 5 minutes. Tried walking away from me multiple times when trying to get more information about the scam calls as well. I had gone here previously but will most likely choose another location just because of how inconsiderate staffing can be.
