Normally I like Walgreens as they are in most parts of the US. This week they get a fail. Doctor called in a new prescription for me in the afternoon. Next day I call and get a 'we are working on it call back in an hour'. Day after I get same message and take option to talk to a staff member. 20 minute wait and finally my turn and whoever was picking up the phone hung up. Now I am angry. Short staffed maybe. But no excuse. Gentleman answers next time and I say someone hung up and not one apology or even a half baked excuse. Your prescription will be ready in 20 minutes.

HORRIBLE experiences all around. Long wait times in the drive through. prescriptions take forever to get filled, no calls or texts to notify you when theyre ready. Randomly closed. Random hours. Called to have my prescriptions switched to rite aid and that was a complete mess that ended with both rite aid and walgreens telling me that their phone calls to eachother to sort it out were tense, unpleasant and that they were yelling at eachother. Weird to say that to a customer but ok. Then my doctor sent in a time sensitive prescription and accidentally sent it to walgreens instead of rite aid and walgreens was denying that they had anything 3 times but I called my doctor and they said that it was sent and confirmed that morning. So messy and irritating. DO NOT go here if you have important time sensitive medications and prescriptions.

If I need photos, this is the place I always go! The staff is always friendly and will stop what they are doing to wait on me right away. The prices are great and there are often deals!
