I made an appointment for a Covid vaccine booster and annual influenza vaccination. Apparently their website allowed them to be double booked somehow or way overbooked so they were getting hammered the day I showed up for my appointment. The pharmacy staff couldn’t have been nicer and handled everybody quickly and courteously, even though they were getting slammed… The pharmacist that I dealt with was great, I didn’t get his name, but he was very calm and seemingly unflappable even in the face of The crash of humanity with everyone trying to get vaccinated.
The cashier I dealt with when I checked out with some purchases I also made at the same time couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful… I definitely would go back to this Walgreens location again.

Swallowing my pride to purchase a few late night items at a price gouge was bad enough. Not only was i utterly embarassed by the customer service shown to myself, i was left plain disgusted at the customer service shown to others. A man that spoke little english approached the man at the front counter to ask a question, using google translate to do so. The employee refused to even attempt at helping the man or finding out what he needed because..... he didnt get paid enough. His words, not mine. Shortly after, him and a coworker joked and laughed about the interaction cracking jokes at the mans expense. Bad look Walgreens!!!

Called the pharmacy to check on the availability of Vyvanse. For those that don't know, Vyvanse is a NON NARCOTIC ADHD medication. The pharmacist I spoke to told me that without a prescription from my doctor, he couldn't disclose information about "narcotics". It isn't a narcotic. I had called two other Walgreens before this one and called two Fred's after and they had no issue and answered just fine. It really seems like he just doesn't know what he's talking about? Make of it what you will.
