If I could put Zero stars I would. I was on hold for over an hour to ask a question about a missing prescription. I finally drove their while still on hold. Got to the counter and the technician was nice even when I asked why they are not answering the phone. He went to get the script and the Pharmacy Manager watching the phone ring says we didn't fill it she can get it over the counter. When I asked if she was the Manager she said yes what do you want? I said I would Ike my husband's prescription filled and my calls to be answered she said not my problem people are sick. Don't you have Tylenol at home? That's not the point I was there earlier and picked up three of his prescriptions and should have been told they would not fill it and I needed to buy it over the counter. Instead she continues to stand there and yell at me treating me like garbage. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER TREATED A CUSTOMER THIS WAY. If you don't like customers then find a job where you don't have to talk to people. Oh wait!! You're only there for the money. Well you will no longer get mine and I hope others who have encountered this inconsiderate ignorant excuse for a pharmacy manager take your business elsewhere too.

I’ve had great experiences with them even when my prescription are all over the place they work hard to get it all figured out I appreciate you guys much much better service then when I lived in fed way and went to that one. Christian is my favorite to work with he recognizes me everytime even in a new car and it’s a quick painless process to get my meds. It’s not the same Walgreens wo ya there.
