Severely mismanaged. Was told it would take no time to fill, waited two hours (just in case) only to be told they hadn’t started yet because they wanted to verify my insurance. Once verified I was told now it would take 45 minutes. No courtesy phone call to explain the situation or to ask me to come in early to have it taken care of. I guess when pharmacies are a necessity, courtesy isn’t.

Pretty unprofessional cashier seems to find it ok to be speaking ill in a racist content with customers. Just not the conversation that should be going at a work place.

They are constantly short staffed, which makes getting anything done in a timely manner impossible. Walgreens needs to treat their employees better. It not only makes it better for those that work here, but the customers too. I only use this pharmacy as a last resort.
