This place has no clue what they’re doing. I find it funny how now Walgreens isn’t holding their staff accountable for metrics so now all pharmacy staff feels the need to screw over their patients by not caring to ensure that Medications are filled within a timely manner. I e waited over 3 weeks for my husband’s medication because no one knew how to process a coupon nor did they even attempt to use their resources to attempt to assist me. Very upsetting!
I just had the best experience at this pharmacy, I had to pick up Several meds all were ready. My kids were being extra insane one crying about not getting a toy and the other rolling on the floor , I had to dump out my entire wallet to find my id . Bryan at the counter was so kind he talked to my kids and entertained while I searched for my id , he was extremely kind and helpful!
