Horrible lab services. Only one person working and they were taking over 20 min for one patient. Stood over an hour just to be skipped my turn. You would think a company like Walgreens can afford more than one lab technician. Disappointing.

If you’re going to complain/make fun of a customer, don’t do it out in the open. Wait at least until you go into the “employees only” part of the store. It makes things awkward and humiliating when the customer you’re talking about overhears you.

AUTUMN IS A GEM! So friendly and personable, there are few customer service employees that care so much for people that come in. They gave me such a sweet compliment about my passport photos. THEY DESERVE A FAT BONUS! 🫶🏼
