Have been waiting for time sensitive medication refill for over week. Should have taken it a day ago. Was just told they don't have it. And don't know when it will be restocked. But... they should get some in a week or so. But... they don't know when. Rediculous.
Is there a negative score to give? Kathy was so insensitive and rude. She couldn’t be bothered to lift a single finger in assisting me in transferring my prescriptions from another pharmacy that I had requested of them over a week ago. Which would literally be thousands of dollars in pharmacy revenue for her store.
I had to wait for over a half an hour to talk to anyone with a pulse. Too bad they didn’t have a brain. Furthermore, they’ were trying to charge me $400 for a prescription that cost $30 at Rite Aid. I definitely advise going across the street to Rite Aid on Oak st. because at least they can pull their head out of their hind end most of the time. Walgreens cannot! Yes and Kathy was quick in encouraging that I go to a different pharmacy. Not a Wallgreens team player.
