They're awful... worst pharmacy ever... I don't understand. I was trying to get my prescriptions... my Walgreen's app said it was ready... one required updated insurance information. I handed her my new insurance card... she didn't take any of the information from it... and didn't update the system... just reordered the prescriptions and sent me on my way... after waiting in line... I will have to wait in line again... and maybe, this time, someone will update my insurance information. I swear... I'm shaking my head... if I'm lucky and all the stars are aligned... I will get assistance from the actual pharmacist... that goes smoothly... Unfortunately, I go through this exercise every month... I don't normally write reviews of this nature and will remove it ... if the customer service is corrected... they should step up the training and have seasoned employees shadow them until their up to speed... people understand someone new and someone being trained...

Employees put minimal effort into anything. Had to in two different occasions let them know they had fedex and photo printing and with both had to educated more how to do it.

This pharmacy is just awful in every way, shape, form. Takes WAY too long to get your prescription, expect to come in a few days or week. When they tell you it’s ready, it’s actually not ready, and when it is they have your name wrong or overpriced copay because they failed to mention that’s it’s actually not covered by your insurance anymore when it was just covered a week ago. Just please, read the room, read the reviews, and don’t come here. Period.
